The Art of Connecting is a workshop that explores visible and invisible ways of connection. Through guided improvisation, partnering exercises, movement exploration and reflection we are aiming to create an environment in which participants can experience different forms of communication, trust and collective awareness. Inspired by our artistic practice as a duo and by our shared experiences in collaborative creation we invite participants to explore connection through movement, presence and attentive listening.

The workshop focuses on developing sensitivity towards oneself and others, encouraging openness, curiosity and mutual support. Together, we will investigate how trust can emerge through physical dialogue, shared attention and playful experimentation.

Open to movers of all backgrounds and experience levels.
