Welcome to Movement Playground, a dynamic and open-style workshop designed for those with some background in dance or movement who want to dive deeper into the joy of moving. Drawing from contemporary dance principles and improvisational practices, this space invites you to explore movement in all its forms – like playing on a playground, freely and curiously.

Through guided improvisation, conceptual tasks, and partner work (including elements of contact improvisation), we’ll explore how the body can move, respond, and express itself – alone and in connection with others. The focus isn’t on perfecting steps or learning a specific style, but on discovering your own unique movement language and having fun while doing it.

This workshop is open to movers and dancers with prior experience. If you’re comfortable exploring movement creatively – and are excited to play, connect, and grow – this space is for you.
