Lower Body Freedom Intensive

The Lower Body Freedom Intensive is a style-independent workshop that aims to unlock and explore the potential of your lower body* and broaden your possibilities in dance. The process revolves around helping you activate and connect your entire lower body and consists of workouts, knowledge sharing, drills, exploration, and dance application exercises. We will delve into hip mobility, groundedness, power generation, creating flow versus momentum, speed, as well as various isolation practices that you can later apply in your own freestyle trainings.

The Lower Body Freedom Intensive will be a dense and compact source of information and physical work, so please remember to bring your notebook 😉 The ultimate goal is for you to access a wider range of movement vocabulary and quality, based on the freedom and foundation we establish in this intensive workshop.
