Rosa (aka Sora):

In meiner House Class soll den Teilnehmenden vor allem die Grundlagen von House Dance näher gebracht werden. Der Groove von House („Jack“), Schritte, sowie unterschiedliche Techniken werden erarbeitet, die erlauben sollen, „tools“ dafür zu haben, frei zu tanzen und sich individuell auszudrücken. Vor allem Musik (Musikalität), das Arbeiten mit Konzepten und Übungen und auch das Gemeinsame Tanzen werden Teil der Classes sein.

Serge:

House music release my spirit and my body. Learning and mastering this dance allowed me to appropriate my body and let my imagination free on the dancefloor. In my dance class my students have the feeling and the sensation of having experienced a pleasant moment of joy through housedance.

Vivos:

Dance has many forms. Whatever the style might be, I want to focus on wellbeing and becoming more free in its expression. Personally I found a lot of liberation, playfulness and release in Housedance, which is what I want to share about this dance. It is about connection, about listening and letting yourself be guided by intuition. We will explore concepts, go through foundation steps, history and focus on stalking (dancing together) as a source for inspiration and connection.
