What you get:

This movement research through improvisation will allow us to shift the center of our dance and our practice through the body and through space. With the center in the knees or in the window, we find the possibility of inhabiting other ways of being, moving, and experiencing pleasure.

Referencing Latin American artists both musically and conceptually, racial and cultural blending is presented as a space to inhabit and share. The rich soundscapes and cultural heritage of our people provide us with pathways and dramaturgies for our movement exploration—with our center in constant motion—connecting enjoyment, rhythm, and sharing as a proposal to also become other beings, to move also without a center, and to savor the body in space.
