In this Workshop we will focus on precision, technique, style and drills of Arms Control. During this intensive workshop days you’ll have the opportunity to refine your technique, develop your style, and get to know a range of drills designed to enhance your precision and control.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore various lines, boxes, circles and other forms that can be translated into movement through your arms and body. We’ll learn how to execute complex sequences with fluidity and grace, while also developing the strength and flexibility necessary to perform at your best.

Whether you are just starting out or already know a lot, this workshop is designed to challenge you and help you take your skills to the next level.
