We’ll begin by isolating each part, from the gentle waves in the hands to the full flow of the spine, taking our time with slow, intentional movements. This steady rhythm invites you into an excited focus, as we revisit each motion, honing skill through consistent practice.

Together, we’ll create a space to develop the capacity for staying in this one, focused quality—exploring waves for extended stretches, transforming challenges into shared achievements. Winter Evening Waves is open to all levels:

  • Experienced dancers who find it hard to drill alone can enjoy a space that keeps them motivated and engaged.
